PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Reliable Sealing and Longer Run Time on Kirloskar Pumps
Kirloskar pumps run long hours in water supply, irrigation, buildings and industry. A worn seal quickly leads to leakage, wet bearings and unplanned downtime. In a submersible pump, water can also reach the motor and cause a burnout. Most early failures come from dry running, dirty or sandy water, or a seal that does not match the original size. Our Kirloskar pump seal is made to the original fitting dimensions, so it goes into the existing pump without any modification. Fitting is simple. Clean the shaft, seat the stationary ring squarely in its housing, slide the rotary unit to the correct working length, and refit the impeller. The carbon rotary face is paired with a hard Silicon Carbide stationary seat. This pairing handles slightly dirty water, runs cooler, and keeps leakage low over long running hours. The result is longer seal life and fewer pump breakdowns. Share your pump model and shaft size with us and we will confirm the right seal before you order.
