A Dual-Containment Equivalent for Hazardous or Unlubricating Media

Where the single ROTT gets by with one seal set, the Double RO adds a second, mirrored assembly on the opposite side of a shared stationary seat, with a barrier fluid running between the two to keep the process fluid fully contained even if the inboard seal wears or fails. Both seal sets share the same clamped, multi-spring construction as the single version, so fitment follows a familiar sequence — clamp the rotary units to the shaft, position the shared seat, connect the barrier fluid supply, and confirm even spring compression on both sides. It's the seal of choice wherever the pumped fluid is toxic, flammable, or simply doesn't lubricate well enough to run safely behind a single seal alone.
